Pricing

Hos NatureOil all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment options

NatureOil receives payment with VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay, Dankort. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

NatureOil endeavours to dispatch orders placed before 5 pm on the same day, orders placed after that are dispatched on the next business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping is always free regardless of the size of the order. Items will be delivered to the pick-up location selected when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your goods are shipped with Post Nord or GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the pick-up point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pick-up point and you will be notified. If there are any problems, please contact our customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.
For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these goods.

Right of complaint

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can get an exchange, a refund or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. NatureOil will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Reimbursement

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of reg. no. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.

Right of cancellation

There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at . In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. If you wish to return the item to us, you must state this and you will receive a return label.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice.

Goods excluded from the right of cancellation

The following product types are not included in the right of cancellation:

  • Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or have a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal is broken after delivery.
  • Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Items where the product has been opened.
Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The return process will be faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must try out the product without actually using it.

Reimbursement

If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.
